Fermentation is one of the oldest forms of food preservation. The Fermentation Crock is the new kitchen must-have and is designed to make sauerkraut, kimchi, pickled vegetables, and more. Make your pickling process pretty with out stunning range of handmade Fermentation crocks!

Our Ceramic Fermentation Crocks come in two different sizes, Small and Large. It is the perfect vessel designed to hold your favourite foods to ferment. It comes with ceramic weights to fit perfectly and keep the food under the brine's surface.

You will receive a handmade Fermentation Crock similar to those pictured, but no two are the same, with variations in size, colour, and markings - making them unique!

All Pottery For The Planet handmade Fermentation Crocks are made of ceramic and must be handled with care. We high-fire all of our pottery pieces for added durability, however, ceramic will crack if knocked or dropped.

Specifications are approximate. Although we do our best to keep things uniform, with our Ceramic Fermentation Crocks being handmade, there are slight variations in size, weight, shape, texture, pattern, and volume.

Lavender Haze

Large size is a must have. I have used it so much especially over Christmas. Perfect for leftovers, storing cold treats as well as taking to work for lunch. I have had so many compliments on this one it is such a beautiful colour and the texture makes it that little bit more unique.

I love the texture on this one. This is my favourite colour hoping you do more in this shade. Keeps my ice coffee cold and keeps the soggy funky tasting paper straws out of my drink making it even more sustainable. ✌️
