When we first received our purchase, we were a bit disappointed because the travel mugs and lids were leaking everywhere and I wondered why I spent so much money for a defective product. I ended up getting in touch with customer service and it turns out they sent me topless mugs instead of travel mugs and they quickly fixed the problem. Our travel mugs are great now, sturdy, beautiful and no leaks! Happy with this purchase.
